Our Service
Q: What should I do if I do not satisfied with the jcsportline carbon parts.
A: After receiving the goods, if you are not satisfied because of our product problem, you can contact our service girl for the return, we will pay the return shipping fee if it is our problem, some quality problems caused by shipping with big parts like carbon fiber hoods which will be refunded.
Installation
Q: Is the installation accessories included In the package? How to install?
A: YES 3M tape & screws are packed in the package as necessary, some parts just need 3M some parts need screws, and we will put them into the package. We have installation instructions based on different parts, pls refer to the description. Usually, carbon fiber spoilers are ok with 3M tape, especially for the rear trunk lip spoiler, but universal spoilers with big sizes need screws extra, carbon fiber front lips, diffusers, and side skirts are required glue tape and screws which also are included in the package.
About Tax
Q: Is the TAX included in the order charge?
A: Buyer is responsible for paying any local Customs taxes. If your item was returned due to customs issues, we can only refund for ITEM PART such as carbon fiber spoiler, carbon fiber hoods, carbon fiber body kits, carbon fiber bumper, ABS body kit, spoiler, diffuser side skirts, ABS bunper etc, so please track your parcel constantly, once get customs issue, please contact them in time to avoid returning, or we can only refund item part once returned.

Q: What are my options for paying for my order?

Q: How many ways to make carbon in your factory?
A: Laser Scanning-Hand drwaing-3D Design-CNC Milling Operations(CNC metail moulding ) – Epoxy Resin Vacuum Moulds – ABS/PU Injection Machine (ABS/PU) – Vacuum Infusion(Wet Carbon) – Autoclave(Dry Carbon) – Epoxy carbon fiber ( the price is 1.2-1.5 higher than common vacuum carbon with no damage feature similar as dry carbon.
About Shipping
Q: When can I receive the package after payment?
A: It will take us 3~5 working days to do an inspection & pack & arranging shipment if the parts are in stock, usually carbon fiber spoiler, rear diffuser, mirror covers, grills, front lips are stock, and carbon fiber bumpers, body kits are out of stock. Ship by EMS, delivery time is 7~10 working days. Ship by Fedex/DHL/TNT/UPS, delivery time is 5~7 working days.
B: It will take 25-35 days for 40 40-foot containers if the parts are not in stock, ship through sea shipping. If the parts are just a few cm they can be shipped through air freight or LCL sea shipping.

1. Q: How to confirm whether jcsportline carbon product fits my car or not?
A: If you are not sure if the product fits your car, please feel free to contact us and send us your car pictures(front, back and whole car pictures) , we have professional technical engineer to check the fitmen.
2. Q: Is jcsportline carbon real 100% full carbon fiber material and dry carbon?
A: Our goods are wet carbon, which is 2 layers fiberglass, one layer real carbon./ Surface is carbon fiber, which is called wet carbon,we also can provide 100% dry carbon for special items with autoclave. Usually the carbon fiber mirror cover , carbon fiber interior dashboard trims, carbon fiber eyelid,carbon fiber grill are used in dry carbon, carbon fiber body kits, carbon fiber spoiler, carbon fiber diffuser are used in wet carbon
3. Q: Jcsportline provide painting service? (NOT for carbon fiber)
A: We are the manufacturer, so the products will be with a priming gray or black color, we do not provide painting as well. We highly suggest you to paint it at the local car modification shop after the installation is done. In order to avoid color difference and scratches during shipping or installation, at this moment we just provide the glossy black painting for fiberglass FRP body kits, spoiler, engine hoods, also ABS body kits, ABS front lip, diffuser, side skirts , mirror cover.
